Essay Contest
You CAN make THE difference!
United Cerebral Palsy conducts this Essay Contest each year to help educate our young people about the lives and experiences individuals with disabilities face every day.
People with disabilities just want to be included and offered the same experiences as every other individual. Through this Essay Contest, we want our students to learn this and share what they have learned with others.
Grades 3rd through 8th qualify to join the Essay Contest!!
Prizes!! Did we forget to mention there are prizes? Each grade winner wins a prize and there will be one over all winner. That winner will also have his or her essay published in the media.
One overall winner receives $100 gift card
• Winners in each grade category receive $50 gift card
• The overall winner will have his/her essay published on Cincinnati.com Local Pages
• All winners will be honored at an award luncheon in May 2013 accompanied by a parent or teacher.
